WHICH SUBSTRATES WILL IXS COATINGS’ PRODUCTS BOND TO?
Virtually any substrate. Our advanced chemical formulas are extremely versatile—powerfully bonding to steel, aluminum, wood, fiberglass, concrete, and much more. To ensure your application receives optimal protection, our experts will provide the ideal coating solution for your substrate. And if it doesn’t exist, we’ll develop it for you.
WHAT SURFACE PREPARATION IS REQUIRED TO SPRAY IXS COATINGS’ PRODUCTS?
Surfaces must be cleaned, dried, and profiled prior to spraying. Occasionally, additional preparation—including the application of a primer—might also be necessary, but we’ll let you know what’s required for your specific surface.
HOW ARE IXS COATINGS’ PROTECTIVE COATINGS APPLIED?
Through a spray applicator. Our two-component elastomeric polyurea is pressurized and sprayed hot using Graco spray coating equipment. We offer a range of low- and high-pressure systems that can be customized to your project needs.
